Concerts on the Square Meets Silent Film: The Wind with Live Score (CAE credit!)

In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the publication of Dorothy Scarborough’s The Wind (1925), the Arts and Special Collections Research Center will screen the 1928 silent film adaptation accompanied by a live score adapted from Erno Rapée's 1924 Motion Picture Moods. Come experience film sound practices from the final days of silent film, as well as this retelling of Scarborough’s unforgettable story. Light refreshments indicative of the period will be provided.
