New Staff Orientation is a five-week, cohort-based program that helps new Baylor Student Life staff connect with Senior Leadership, learn the division’s culture and values, and understand how their role contributes to the student experience. It also creates space to build relationships and reflect on your growth as part of the Baylor community.
