Finding Data: Dancing with Health Data In-Person
Health Data comes in many forms, from the information a patient puts on a form when they first go to the doctor to epidemiological data that is collected by public health workers to genomic data about different species’ DNA and RNA. In this workshop we will go through how to find health data from clinical data to public health data to biological data. We will examine the differences between public and private data sources and learn how to harvest this data, examine it and visualize it. We will do this in order to create connections between data and enhance research.
