Lucky Learners are Engaged with Interactive Materials (Tech.ology Series) In-Person
It’s time to put a little pizzazz in your course! Engaging activities do more than make your class fun, they can make it memorable and help long-term retention. In this workshop, we will highlight some of the tools introduced over the past two years in a consolidated smorgasbord. So, if perhaps “online” teaching wasn’t your forte prior to spring 2020, but now you have an invested interest, you can see some of the great tools to promote interactive learning. Topics include adding animation to demonstrate concepts, creating skills for smart devices to aid in reviews, designing virtual words as a lecture alternative, leveraging badges to challenge students, presenting content visually with infographic tools, and making mobile apps to share key content.
