Live Sessions Enhanced with Google Slides Accessibility & Pear Deck Interaction (Tech.ology Series) In-Person
Traditional online classes have been asynchronous in nature, but this year has really changed the way we think about remote teaching and online learning. You may be one of the many faculty who have decided to use a primarily synchronous format – albeit at a distance rather than face to face. You may also be familiar with Zoom, but by adding google slide presentations you can have a more powerful experience. Google Slides allow you to turn on real-time auto captioning so as you lecture the captions appear! Recently Pear Deck has been integrated with Google Slides as well, so it makes it easy to add interactive responses during the lecture. If you want your hybrid format to shine, try out this session.
