GRC 201B is located in the Graduate Research Center (GRC). All areas/spaces of the GRC are publicly accessible to graduate students and Baylor faculty/staff from the Jones Library 2nd floor corridor by cardswipe only.
Purpose & Description
The primary purpose of GRC 201B is for instruction and library sponsored presentations and meetings. This room's flexibility allows for multiple presentation options and uses. The basic layout seats 30. 201B is equipped with two cameras ("presenter" and "audience") for use in online or hybrid situations and includes standard presenter kiosk, projector and screen.
Scheduling Priorities
Priority will be given (in order) to:
- Library sponsored special events and instructional opportunities
- Other Baylor Department meetings
- Baylor sponsored external groups
